Unlocking bsnl 3G data card, bsnl use both 3.1 and 7.1 mbps versions based software lock of teracom lw versions in the modem, unlocking these modem and use other sim like aircel, airtel, docomo etc., follow the steps below.
1.Install the bsnl datacard software in your computer successfully.
2.Now Find Run command in your system,
3.type regedit ->HKEY local machine -> Softwares -> Link top 3G
4. After clicking link top 3G, right side you will see three option (Default , engineer,version), Choose engineer, double click it now cahnge number 1 to 0.
5. That's all you done, change APN and profile for which sim you inserted, foe example for aircel
APN= aircelgprs, Number = *99*1#, profile name = Aircel.
